Old Pueblo Veterans Foundation
OUR SERVICE OFFERINGS
At Old Pueblo Veterans Foundation, we provide compassionate services focused on healing, recovery, and resilience. Our mission-driven programs support victims of violence, grieving families, and individuals facing homelessness or serious health challenges.
Homelessness Support & Resources
We connect veterans with housing assistance, essential services, and support systems to help them regain stability and independence. Our goal is to provide a clear path forward for those in need.
Veteran Round Table Groups
These group sessions create a safe environment for veterans to share their stories, offer support, and build lasting relationships. Connection and understanding are at the heart of these gatherings. Sessions include several types of groups, such as men’s groups, women’s groups, combat groups, mixed groups, suicide awareness groups, healing groups, post-military support groups, and loss of identity groups.
Care facilities Veteran Outreach
We regularly visit care facilities to engage with veterans, share stories, and remind them they are never forgotten. Our outreach brings companionship and recognition to those who served.
Suicide Awareness & Prevention Programs
We provide education, resources, and support aimed at preventing suicide and promoting mental wellness. Our programs encourage open conversations and early intervention.
